With Remembrance Sunday being only a week away, Fiona Forsythe TVCRP Officer has been busy distributing the knitted poppies to the Station Ambassadors in the Tyne Valley.
These poppies were knitted last year for the Armistice Centenary when every station on the Tyne Valley line had a display. After the event, the poppies were carefully taken down, dried and stored for future use.
