The Centre is one of Europe's largest shopping and leisure centres and it has everything you could possibly need for the perfect day out.

98 trains a day (97 on a Saturday and 82 on a Sunday) call at MetroCentre's own railway station. From Sunderland and Newcastle trains run every 15 minutes during the day, less frequently during evenings and on Sundays.

With almost 330 shops and 50 restaurants nowhere in Europe have you got more retailers, restaurants and leisure attractions.

The Centre's leisure attractions include MetroLand, (Europe's largest indoor theme park), an 11 screen cinema and the Megabowl offering 20 lanes of 10-pin bowling. For further information see Intu Metro Centre
